James Marvin joined the PCA Foundation as the Complex Gifts Manager in September 2026. He comes to the Foundation from the banking and wealth management industry where he helped clients and businesses meet their financial goals. James is excited to use his operations experience to assist donors through complex tax efficient giving to advance God’s Kingdom.

James completed his undergraduate work at Penn State University and graduated with an M.Div from Covenant Theological Seminary. He is also a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA).

James is an ordained Ruling Elder in the PCA and enjoys supporting the work of Christ’s church at the local church, presbytery, and General Assembly levels. James and his wife Kate are parents to three awesome kids. He enjoys chauffeuring his kids to all of their activities and sports, going on walks with Kate, and discovering the best milkshake shop.
