Provide for Post-Death Grants
You may provide direction for the granting out of funds remaining in your Advise & Consult Fund, Increase Fund, or Single Charity Fund at the time of the death or incapacity of the last surviving capable fund holder. You may provide direction for the granting out also of funds newly added to your current fund or to a fund established at the time in accord with a bequest, trust directive, or beneficiary designation. You have two flexible options: surviving grants, and successor advisors. Choose either to schedule specific grants and provide for substitute grants upon the occurrence of certain events you specify; or to appoint a successor grant advisor, or successor grant advisors or a committee of grant advisors (such as your children or trusted friends), and provide standards and general guidance for their grant decisions.
