Charitable Remainder Trusts
Benefit from giving
A Charitable Remainder Trust (CRT) enables you to make a gift, enjoy certain tax advantages, and receive income payments from the trust. The CRT, established with a minimum amount of $25,000, is an irrevocable trust that provides payments to one or more individuals. Payments to the individuals can be received for up to 20 years or over the course of their lives. At the end of the trust period, a distribution is made to one or more Christian ministries.
Donors can establish a CRT with the PCAF serving as trustee. The CRT is subject to fees.
