Designated Fund Enrollment

  • The church, presbytery, committee, or agency of the Presbyterian Church in America identified below (“Applicant”) hereby requests Presbyterian Church in America Foundation, Inc. (“Foundation”) to create a fund from which Applicant may require Foundation at any time, in a writing executed by any authorized person identified by Applicant to Foundation from time to time, to distribute to Applicant or another person property of the fund, including property accruing to the fund as a result of appreciation and earnings.

    Applicant acknowledges and agrees that Foundation will pay from the fund fees of third parties for investment management, and collect from the fund reasonable charges for managing the fund and operating Foundation that are calculated in accordance with a schedule it publishes from time to time.
